Under Directive 2011/83/EU you may withdraw from a distance subscription within 14 days of purchase and we must refund within 14 days of notice.
Exception – digital content: the right is lost once you (a) expressly consent to immediate supply and (b) acknowledge that you thereby waive the right (Art 16 (m)).
